Logistical Considerations for Performers
Check in: You may set up at your leisure, but be aware that all vehicles must be off the festival grounds by 9:00 a.m. each day of the festival. Check in hours will be limited to the following:
Friday, June 5: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m. (Participant picnic following at 7 p.m.)
Saturday, June 6: 7 – 9 a.m.
You will be sharing a stage with other performers. Please check in with the Entertainment Coordinator for schedule, welcome packet, and stage and ‘green room’ locations before setting up.
PARTICIPANT PARKING/ENTRY: On event days, participants (staff, merchants, entertainers) should enter through South Gate or use the Camp Road. Do not enter through main gate. (Walking past guests who are awaiting entry could be perceived as rude, which we do not want.)
(If accessible entry/parking is needed, you must make a plan with staff prior to the event!)
PARTICIPANT WRISTBANDS : ALL PARTICIPANT CHILDREN MUST WEAR WRISTBANDS. NEW: We will be writing the name of their group on their wristband so they can be more easily identified to whom they belong. ADULT PARTICIPANTS must have wristband on their person at all times. It can be on a mug, on a strap, or other discrete location, but must be able to present to security to gain admission to the grounds.
CAMPING:
If you are camping, please check in with the Camping Coordinator, Myra Ricardo, before setting up your tent or RV. If you did not fill out the camping portion of our form, you do not have a camping space reserved for you.
GUEST QUEST: If you have agreed to be a part of the Guest Quest, a member of the cast or Side Quest Guys will explain how you can participate, and will provide more information at the Participant Meeting/Picnic. We really appreciate the overwhelming response, but not all merchants who have signed up will be able to be included. Thank you!
For more detailed information, please refer to the Entertainer Information Forms.
Performers: Please help promote the event by posting online, encouraging friends, family and coworkers to visit, etc.
Merchants
Merchant applications are now closed for the 2026 season. We are so thankful to everyone who sent in their application, and who are working with us to make the world a little more magical.

Logistical Considerations for Merchants

Friday, June 5: 11 a.m. – 7 p.m. (Participant meeting/picnic following at 7 p.m.)
Saturday, June 6: 7 – 9 a.m. (MERCHANTS MUST BE SET UP BY 9 AM SAT)
Please check in at the Info Booth or with the Merchant Committee for your welcome packet and space assignments before setting up. Please also drop off any volunteer donations during check-in, so we have time to plan for their distribution.
PARTICIPANT PARKING/ENTRY: On event days, participants (staff, merchants, entertainers) should enter through South Gate or use the Camp Road. Do not enter through main gate. (Walking past guests who are awaiting entry could be perceived as rude, which we do not want.)

CAMPING:
If you are camping, please check in with the Camping Coordinator, Myra Ricardo, before setting up your tent or RV. Camping is $10 for the weekend, whether you are camping in your booth or in the campground. If you did not fill out the camping portion of our form, you are not preregistered for camping and will have to register with Eaton County Fairgrounds and pay their camping fee.
Thank you!
MERCHANDISE should be reflective of or related to the fantasy themes of the event, as selected and ‘juried’ in by the Merchant Team. No AI generated art. No Multi-Level Marketing Sales.
A merchant space is approximately 10’x10’ or 10’x20′ outside and 5’x10′ inside. Spaces will be assigned at the discretion of the Merchant Committee. If you have an inside merchant space, this is an open air pavilion (ie. Authors Alley & Enchanted Emporium), and you do not need to provide a tent/EZ-up. You do, however, still need to provide your own tables, chairs, displays, decor etc. for a 5×10 space.
Merchants may sell food and beverage items, and are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and ordinances.
For more detailed information, please refer to the Merchant Information Forms.
Merchants: Please help promote the event by posting online, encouraging friends, family and coworkers to visit, etc.
